SalaryNow is the industry leading payment service from Trafalgar Contractor Solutions.
As part of our continuous improvement programme, we have looked at some of the areas that our business and services can be enhanced. One of the areas that we have taken as priority is the accuracy and speed of payment to our Employees.
We are aware that there is a tendency in the industry for other umbrella companies to hold on to your money, until they have been paid by the recruitment agency or end client. There is then a further delay whilst the umbrella company then processes your payment.
With our innovative new service SalaryNow it means that you are paid quicker than ever before.
All you have to do is submit your authorised timesheet in line with the submission cycle outlined in your assignment letter (as agreed with the recruitment agency or end client.) You will then receive payment of your salary within 7 days from our receipt of the timesheet.*
There will be no need for you to keep checking with the recruitment agency or end client if they have paid us or checking with us when you will be paid. You can simply work safe in the knowledge that you will get paid on time, every time.
We have been running this service for a number of our existing employees on a trial basis. From the feedback we have, all that have experienced the new service have been very impressed with the improved payment terms. The majority of our employees that have experienced this service have opted for the standard BACS payment cycle, however if you would like to be paid even quicker please contact a member of the HR services team to discuss the options available.
