Election outcome could be good for IT contractors

IT Freelance contractors could be depending on next year’s General Elections, as it has been predicted that things could be looking better for them.
Misco UK General Manager Sandy Price has reported that Britain’s inevitable need to curtail public sector funds, along with the 2010 General Election, means that conditions in the computer industry may fluctuate. There was clearly going to be a change in government, and there would be some cutbacks. These comments came after a poll at Misco’s recent fifth annual IT Expo in London, where a majority of those in attendance expressed optimism about the future of the IT industry.
