Google Chrome OS puts IT contractors in demand
01 August, 2009
As Google is getting ready to launch its Chrome operating system in the second half of 2010, they are recruiting Linux software engineers.
CV Screen, a specialized IT recruitment agency, has suggested that Chrome will put IT professionals, especially those with Open-Source technologies experience, in great demand.
As this new operating system will initially be targeted at netbooks, it is seen as becoming the first major challenger to Microsoft Windows and will run within a new windowing system on top of a Linux kernel.
