Dave Hartnett, Permanent Secretary for Tax, has warned that offshore tax evaders need to be afraid.
During a recent Q&A session Dave Hartnett took questions from CIOT members on tax disclosure facilities. He warned that the world was getting smaller and that from January there would be fewer places for tax evaders to hide, as well as penalties getting tougher.
Hartnett also confirmed that Liechtenstein facility may be repeated elsewhere.
