Recruiting companies assist in identifying the best Umbrella Contractors

Chair of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, Angela Masters, reported that businesses are especially conscious at present of the need to select the most appropriate candidates.
Also that by helping to source candidates they had an opportunity to demonstrate the added value they provide and that recruitment increasingly requires knowledge of complex rules and regulations, as well as a broad range of skills ranging from the interpersonal to the commercial, with recruiters playing a key role in digging beneath a candidate’s CV to find out what they are really about.
The REC’s latest Jobs Outlook report indicated that over nine in ten employers are happy with the services offered by recruitment firms.
