Support must be given to female freelance consultants
16 October, 2009
President of the British Association of Women -Tatjana Hine, has said that support must be given to women freelancers, as it has been far more difficult for them to get finance than it has men.
In response to the news that a Women’s Enterprise Champion would be appointed, Ms Hine was quoted as saying that in Great Britain we have far less women entrepreneurs than many other countries, but the Champion really needed to be somebody that knows about business. She also said that people who lecture on entrepreneurship must have a track record of genuine real life credentials.
